Manitoba CRN Requirements: Inspection and Technical Services (ITS)

Manitoba's pressure equipment design registration is administered by Inspection and Technical Services (ITS), Manitoba Labour and Immigration. Manitoba's industrial base (food processing, mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing) requires regular CRN registrations. ITS Manitoba Submission Process

ITS accepts design submissions electronically only, by email to QASupport@gov.mb.ca, following bulletin ITS 20-003 (Electronic Submissions Guide); ITS states that submissions not following the guide are rejected and must be resent in full.

• Authority review time depends on the regulator, the equipment category and how complete the file is. Several authorities do not publish a standard review time.
